1.1- This Privacy Policy sets out how the Maxzino collects, shares and handles your Personal Information. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines our approach to privacy and how we collect, use and protect your personal information. It also sets out your rights in relation to accessing the personal information we collect and hold about you. We are bound by People’s Republic of Bangladeshi privacy legislation Digital Security Act, 2018, which includes the Bangladeshi Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act.
1.2- Personal information is defined in the digital security Act, 2018. Section 26 of the Digital Security Act, 2018 defines personal data as “identity information”. Section 26 requires that an individual's explicit consent or authorization be obtained for collecting, selling, storing/preserving, supplying or using his or her identity information.
1.3- Our websites may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of any third party websites. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of each website you visit.
We may collect the following categories of personal information from and about you:
2.1- Identifiers: such as your name, postal addresses, email addresses, social networking website user account names, telephone numbers, or other addresses at which you are able to receive communications.

2.3- Commercial information: such as information that enables us to determine lifestyle, interests, and activities, including purchasing tendencies and order history ( Maxzino vouchers you purchase and redeem); areas of interest; information collected through your interactions with social networks; information about persons for whom you have purchased Maxzino vouchers as gifts or who have bought Maxzino vouchers as gifts for you; and information about friends who refer you or whom you have referred.
2.4- Location information: such as information related to your division, city, or neighborhood, and, if you agree, more specific location information that is provided through the GPS functionality on mobile devices used to access the Service.
2.5- Financial information: such as information collected from you as needed to process payments for Maxzino vouchers or other products or services that you buy, or as provided by you to administer your participation in optional services and programs, such as your payment card number, expiration date, and card verification number.
2.6- Internet and network activity information: such as information about your browsing behavior, search history, and interactions with websites and advertisements, including data from cookies, pixel tags, and web beacons.
2.7- Inferences regarding preferences and other characteristics: such as our assessment of the types of products or services you may have an interest in.

3.1- From you: We collect information that you submit to us. For example, when you use the Service; make a purchase; register to receive information, products, or services available through the Service; or interact with us in other ways. We will collect any information you voluntarily provide, and we may also request optional information to support your use of the Service. We also collect any information that you voluntarily enter into any postings, comments, or forums within the Service. If you send an e-mail to us, we will collect your e-mail address and the full content of your e-mail, including attached files and other information you choose to provide to us.

You may be able to disallow our use of certain location data through your device or browser settings, for example, by disabling “Location” services for the Maxzino application in iOS privacy settings.
3.3- Social media networks and other third parties: We may obtain information about you or your use of the Service from third party sources, such as our vendors, like web hosting providers, analytics providers, or advertisers. You may give us permission to access your information from services offered by third parties, including social media networks. The information we obtain from third party services depends on your account/privacy settings with those third parties and the third parties’ privacy policies, so be sure to check those policies and to adjust your settings to meet your preferences. When you access the Service through social media networks and other third party platforms, you are authorizing Maxzino to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Please keep in mind that any information provided to us by a third party may also be subject to that third party’s privacy policy.
4.1- We will generally use or disclose your personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected, or for a related secondary purpose where you would reasonably expect us to use or disclose the personal information for that secondary purpose. We may otherwise use and disclose your personal information if you have given us consent in accordance with this Privacy Policy for the use or disclosure or it is required or authorized by law.
4.2- Generally, we use and disclose your personal information for the purpose of providing you with the goods or services that you have requested, or otherwise to enable us to carry out our business as an online retailer of goods and services.
4.3- As marketplace platform, we will, where necessary share your information with third party Sellers who transact using our websites.
4.4- We may generally disclose your information to third parties in order for them to provide or market services to you. We will not sell your information to third parties (unless connected with clause 4.9), and any third party we share information with will be for a purpose connected with your experience or the products or services provided on our website.
4.5- If those purposes for which we have collected the information involve providing personal information about an individual to any third party, we will take appropriate and reasonable steps to ensure any personal information is protected.

4.7- When registering with us, you consent to us using your personal information, such as your email address or phone number for direct marketing purposes. This includes sending you deal emails or SMS notifications about our products and services. You may opt out of receiving these direct marketing communications at any time and you can manage your subscription preferences in your account.
4.8- When opting into 'Notify Me' emails, you consent to us sending you a notification email once a product on your Wishlist is back in stock. You may opt out of receiving these notification emails at any time and you can manage your notification preferences in the Wishlist section of your account.
4.9-We may also provide your information to third parties that provide services to us, including third parties that provide our payment gateway, marketing, loyalty and reward program, logistics, customer service and technology support services.
4.10- You agree and acknowledge that in the event we merge, sell or otherwise change control of our company, our business or the website to a third-party, you consent, without giving of prior notice, to our disclosure of your personal information and other data that we have collected from you to a third party or parties as part of such a transaction.
